1. About BotsAI

BotsAI ("we", "us", "our") is a product of JamstackAI. We provide an AI-powered WhatsApp bot platform that enables businesses to automate customer interactions and be discovered through the BotsAI network.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using BotsAI services — including messaging our WhatsApp bot, creating a bot, or browsing our website — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Service Description

BotsAI provides:

• AI-powered WhatsApp bots for businesses
• A personal AI customer success manager for setup and ongoing support
• A business discovery network where customers can find AI-powered businesses

Our service is powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). We are committed to ethical AI practices only.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are creating a bot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

5. Your Account & Bot

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to set up your bot (business details, pricing, hours, etc.).
• You are responsible for ensuring your bot's responses comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use BotsAI to send spam, misleading information, or content that violates any law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any bot that violates these terms.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Setup and onboarding are free. No credit card is required to get started.
• Payment is required only when you choose to activate your bot.
• The current plan is ₪250/month, billed monthly.
• Each plan includes 1,000,000 AI tokens per month. Usage beyond this limit may require an upgrade.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of activation — no questions asked. After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging your AI customer success manager or contacting us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. AI-Generated Content

BotsAI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses on behalf of your business. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses are generated based on the information you provide.
• We do not guarantee that all AI-generated responses will be perfectly accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your bot's behavior as needed.
• We continuously improve our AI to provide better responses.

10. The BotsAI Network

By creating a bot, your business may be listed on the BotsAI network and discoverable by customers searching for relevant services. You may opt out of network listing by contacting us.

11. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to create your bot. We retain ownership of the BotsAI platform, brand, and technology. You grant us a license to use your business information to operate the service and the network.

12. Limitation of Liability

BotsAI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
