BotsAI ("we", "us", "our") is a product of JamstackAI. We provide an AI-powered WhatsApp bot platform that enables businesses to automate customer interactions and be discovered through the BotsAI network.
By using BotsAI services — including messaging our WhatsApp bot, creating a bot, or browsing our website — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our service is powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). We are committed to ethical AI practices only.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are creating a bot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of activation — no questions asked. After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging your AI customer success manager or contacting us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
BotsAI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses on behalf of your business. While we strive for accuracy:
By creating a bot, your business may be listed on the BotsAI network and discoverable by customers searching for relevant services. You may opt out of network listing by contacting us.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to create your bot. We retain ownership of the BotsAI platform, brand, and technology. You grant us a license to use your business information to operate the service and the network.
BotsAI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
